DESCRIPTION

The WR style glass filled nylon wear rings are designed for reciprocating piston and rod bearing applications.

The material used for our WR wear rings is heat stabilized 33% glass reinforced nylon, which offers excellent bearing properties. The material is compatible with hydraulic and lubricating oils. The material is not recommended for use in water based fluids or where significant water is present, due to the swell of the nylon.

Standard ring thicknesses range from 1/16” (WR06) to 1/4" (WR25).

The WR wear rings come in three split types; butt cut, scarf cut and step-cut. “SC” at the end of the part number designates scarf cut. “ST” at the end of the part number designates step-cut. No suffix at the end of the part number designates butt cut.
