DESCRIPTION

The PS2700 piston seal is the Hallite T755 seal. It is a compact, low friction seal for light to medium duty hydraulic cylinders. The PS2700 comprises a very tough elastomeric face which is pre-loaded by a square section nitrile energizer ring. The PS2700 offers low breakaway and operating friction as well as rapid recovery of the face after installation. It is tolerant to contamination and offers excellent position holding characteristics under load. It is compatable with most hydraulic fluids and operates on a wide range of surface finishes.

It is recommended that an adequate bearing should be mounted on both sides of the seal.
