DESCRIPTION

The MWRB style metric phenolic wear rings are designed for reciprocating piston and rod bearing applications. These wear rings are a good general purpose, low cost replacement for bronze, cast iron, and powdered metal materials where compression strength and low moisture absorption are key requirements.

The MWRB wear rings are made from high quality phenolic material, which offers excellent bearing properties. The material is compatible with hydraulic and lubricating oils, as well as water-based and other synthetic fluids where nylon bearings can not be used.

The MWRB wear rings come in three split types; butt cut, scarf cut and step-cut. “SC” at the end of the part number designates scarf cut. “ST” at the end of the part number designates step-cut. No suffix at the end of the part number designates butt cut.
