DESCRIPTION

The MDPCS is a complete double-acting pneumatic piston with a double cup seal and a vulcanized metal disc support. In addition the MDPCS is spring energized on both sealing lips for low-pressure sealing. The MDPC serves as both a seal and a piston.

The complete piston profile MDPCS offers a simple attachment to the piston rod without additional sealing elements and is corrosion free due to a complete polymer covering. The MDPCS also offers low friction and smooth running due to the sealing lip geometry retaining the lubrication film. The sealing lips are spring-loaded to assure constant contact with the cylinder wall.

The MDPCS can be used in pneumatic applications up to 230 PSI pressure. Hydraulic pressure limits range from 175 to 870 PSI depending on size.
